Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:


Unused and in the same condition you received it

In the original packaging (if applicable)

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at gayathrigandham04@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at gayathrigandham04@gmail.com


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are offered in the following cases:


The product arrives damaged or defective

You received the wrong item

The item never arrived (confirmed by tracking)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.


Non-Refundable Items

Custom or personalized products

Items returned after 14 days of delivery

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

We’ll notify you once the refund is issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:


Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
